Wellness, the state of being well, healthy, is fundamental to and part of the process of, moving toward what matters. Being well, able, healthy, and fit enough to do things that move you toward what gives your life meaning and purpose is critical for living a happy, fulfilled life.

Being well means having a satisfying balance of these 8 dimensions:
Physical Dimension

- Breathing properly
- Staying appropriately hydrated
Intellectual Dimension
- Approaching life with curiosity
- Being a lifelong learner

Emotional Dimension
- Developing psychological flexibility skills

- Using your emotions as a source of information for positive growth
