  2. How you relate to your thoughts and feelings,
  3. How much you move.

Every human should know the joy and freedom of living life with the vibrant energy of a healthy body and mind!

I grew up, unconsciously absorbing the standard American ideas about what to eat, how much to move, and what to think in order to be happy, just like you.

It wasn't until I was compelled by life to read the peer reviewed medical literature in these areas that I realized what our culture teaches is almost completely wrong, and the source of much suffering. 

It became my passion and mission to learn as much as I could in these three areas to help others live life with as much health and vitality as possible.

  2. We will chat about your goals and decide if we are a good fit to work together.
  3. Receive training/coaching, do your part, be healthier and happier!

During your first session we talk about your goals and we will talk about how we can work together. If we both feel like we would make a good team for working on your health, we will move forward and schedule your next session.

Through the process of personal training and coaching I will help you clarify what you want, what is standing in your way, and I will support you in taking action so you can be healthy and fit and do more of what matters most to you.
